Schanze Nozawa - Nozawa Onsen

Located just steps away from the main gondola station in Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort, Schanze Nozawa is cosy accommodation with Japanese-style rooms and friendly multi-lingual staff. It boasts ski-in ski-out access and a ski storage room.

Featuring a historic charm and views of ski slopes or surrounding mountains, each room is fitted with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and traditional futon bedding. A heater, a small low table and seating cushions are provided in the simple rooms. Bathroom and toilets are shared.

Guests at the non-smoking Nozawa Schanze can unwind in the lounge, which has an internet PC and comfortable sofas. New renovations include a room for drying ski equipment on site. Luggage can be left at the property after check-out.

JR Togari-nozawa-onsen Station is a 10-minute drive or bus ride away. There are 13 public hot spring baths in the area, most of which are within a 15-minute walk.

Simple continental breakfast is offered at the spacious and renovated dining room.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.
